I've been thinking at the end of every day's Quiet Time that I need to make notes of stories for future blog posts or books, but then I don't find time in the day to do it. Now I will follow the advice to do it daily by just dictating answers to these 4 prompts or use the spreadsheet approach Shelley showed. The Framework and sample sentence beginnings give you a formula, but the results are anything but formulaic; they can be so transformative for the reader, as well as personal!
